what a boring day

What a boring day! A whole day training do really make me crazy. I really wanted to be sleeping during the training. To overcome sleepiness is not easy for me especially after lunch. I thought the trainer would be stuffy, because so many people under the rostrum were doing same thing that using the mobile phone. Perhaps they both wanted to spend the boring time.
But, now It’s raining heavily outside, accompanying by bursts of thunder. I feel a little strange why I was so wonderful especially under that of environment. If I were in bed with some beautiful music at the moment, I would be much better. Actually, I don’t know why just the feeling was so nice.

- It is easier to be sleepy after lunch, so we usually take a nap at noon if there are important things. Playing mobile is a good and common way to spend some boring time. Maybe the sound of rain is more beautiful, but if I was the trainer, my heart would be broken. Actually, it is not so bad for you enjoying the sound of rain, and it would be ignored when you listen to music in bed. All in all, the day has gone.

- In fact, anyone could be sleepy after eating lunch because that's the signal of our body. It's like our body are telling us to relax for a while. It's a normal phenomenon. Don't worry about it. But our life is limited,we should enjoy our life in the limited time.Why not spending time enjoying the moment you have? Why make yourself feel bored？

- yes,training is really boring,especially you have no interested in it,I can feel how uncomfortable you are,but this is you must to through,so just accept it ,you can do other thing,maybe you can listen to the music in the case of having no effect on your work.

- I believe what they say is right : raining day, sleepy day. If I had an option I'd definitely be in bed when it's raining...and that's why I'm sorry that you had to be in class in such weather conditions.
