I’m so exhausted after a long week overtime, I would like to go to bed early and really need to have a good rest. Fortunately, the busy time will end by tomorrow. The schedule for the next working will become very reasonable and then I can get real relaxation. That’s a good news for me.
     But, I also got a not so good news from my colleagues and my boss that our department manage will be laid off in the near future. Now, we are fully sure that It’s a real news not a gossip from someone else. Because the boss has already disclosed the information to these guys who were under our department manager one by one expect our manager. When I heard the news from our boss felt very surprised, because I knew that our manager took into company exactly because of our boss’s recommend and they have a good relationship more than ten years. But, now, our boss said that he was not satisfactory with the performance of manager and he complained that manager did some sharp practices behind him. Actually, I didn’t know the truth of the things and I didn’t want to know the truth of things. I just confused what’s cause the relationship getting so worse?  I guess that maybe the conflict of interests were exactly the root cause.
