A tough way that transfer registered residence from hometown to local

I never felt so exhausted during the two weeks for transferring registered residence to local from my hometown. On average, every several days, I need to come back my hometown for applying some materials that are regarded as necessary documents by local police station. There are so many materials that I need to prepare and they are both requested got the stamp of approval by the different government sections. Some of these need to set over two seals on the same documents. Making me angry things was that some officials from government seem lack of efficiency seriously, not to mention any good services. What is more, some guys are showing me a long face that seems like I owed them a lot of money. When you encounter such situations, you can do nothing except for waiting. After all, the documents and the stamps of approval that I need should be confirmed by them.
It also makes me to realize deeply by dealing with some officials from government is really not easy thing. In here, I do hope such things I faced today will be changed in the future and the procedure of process could be reduced and the services from officials to meet the public could be friendly.

- em,nowaday the government still exist this kind of phenomenon because of one thing always been manage by different departments,maybe one day after the government simplify those departments will improve such condition.

- Well, maybe you have forgotten the past days when you could not get anything done without paying some under table money. Actually, things have improved and in some major departments, they are quite efficient. I can understand your anger when faced with those stone faced inefficient officials. We have to give them time to change and when the younger generation take over, things would improve. Transferred hukao household registration is a major decision. Hope you have thought it over carefully and everything go smoothly for you.
I am glad to live in an international city, where official things get done super fast without much difficulty. The rules are clear we get good responsible service. Lets hope that someday you would be able to enjoy such high standards of service.

- don't be angry with the bad services of the officials, it's much better than before, for me, i applied for the passport last month, but in before, i must to apply in my hometown, and now, we can instead of the former method, apply it in your current living city, the whole procedure just spent no more than two hours, it's quite efficiency. although few departments still lack of services. give them some time, and we believe that they will change and give us a high efficiency and warmly services in the future.

The flaws in government systems are apparent. However, how to change and what they need to change depend on government.
