I’m so exhausted after three-day training outside. I thought it was not a successful training for me because I just got a rough idea after this training, such some settings of parameters of the latest equipment, I knew nothing about it. It should be more practice before I entered the training course. Actually, it doesn’t work. I’d like to spend more time studying this latest equipment, but, I always have been occupied by something that means nothing to me. I have already told my boss what thing is important during my daily work using a more euphemistic. Unfortunately, my boss didn’t agree with my opinion, even distribute more other thing to me so that I even have no chances to practice it before I got the information that needs to attend the training from the supplier. I felt so angry about this thing which my boss did. But, I can say nothing because the arrangement was arranged by boss.
      Sometimes, the view of the same thing, the employee and boss have a big even the total opposite viewpoint. Maybe, as the ordinary employee considered the style of the thing is simply far less that of the boss consider.
