A whole month has passed since I joined the company. But, generally speaking, I have the feeling of escaping all the time. I told myself everything will be smooth as time goes on, unfortunately, the feeling comes up more and more clearly. I even thought I don’t like staying here more than every single minute. But, I knew I didn’t do this stupid action when I calm down finally. I found this was a huge mistake to me joining this company. It’s already out of my expectation too much. Working here, I felt extremely exhausted, because for one thing I needed to complete several different versions to meet different requirements from management. I was so confused why they couldn’t unify the requirement then told us how to do it? Why are they so changeable frequently? Didn’t they need consider carefully before making a new plan? I thought the problem just I have, but, my colleagues also face the same situation. But, especially, for these local guys, most of them didn’t want to make a chance, they are already familiar with everything here. They told me with joking tone that the changeable plan is already a part of corporate culture.
    Now, I was hesitating at the crossroads again. What should I do the next? Do I need to choose leaving or staying? I don’t know….
