The year of the goat is almost gone away, tomorrow will be the last working day of this year. I should be happy during this time, because the New Year is upcoming after tomorrow, we could enjoy three-day holiday with this weekend. But, I don’t feel like any happiness at this moment, all those caused by big boss assigned an extremely tough task to all of us that it’s impossible to complete within the schedule time. Now, I’m confused what shall I do the next step? If we leave things as they are, we could end up with very bad result. Maybe at that time, I choose to leave here It’s not by myself but by big boss. On the contrary, if we overcome the difficulty and complete the task within the schedule time. We must be leaving a deep impression on big boss. So in some way, chances always go with challenges.
So, what action we should take is the key point during the next working, we should take the significance into consideration before we did any actions.

- The only successful and respectable boss are those we are considerate to the staff. Some bosses just don't notice the hard work employees put into their work . The employees deserve some rest after those back breaking working days and yet, the assign burdensome and time consuming work when there are holidays. Don't they know that employees would need to be with their families during the few holidays they had. How would employees have the incentive to work sincerely if they mistreat people like that.
However, sometimes we have to surrender to authority because after all, we are employees on salary and we have no choice but to follow instructions.
My advice to you is that if things continue to be unbearable and unreasonable, you would have to think about moving on to another job. Seems your future and development in this company is limited. It may not be easy but when we things become intolerable, you would have to seek remedy and move on.
Life does not have to be so tough. You are reasonably qualified, so there should be better opportunities for you out there. Consider carefully before making any move and only do so when the time is right.

- Life is tough. We usually can not find an ideal and comfortable job. So we have to face it though it is miserable doing what we are not willing to do so.
