The next round audit will be upcoming, so everybody in the office will be tied up with a series of audit from Monday to Friday. It’s the most important thing we should face before the new year of China. Generally speaking, the amount of sales of 2015 we got is better than 2014, so, the general manager promised during the monthly meeting that the bonus of this year will be better than last year. It’s really a good news for ordinary employees in the company and it also brought positive spirit toward over-rigid daily working. Wha's more, we past this round audit without any suspense, if nothing else.
Anyway, I hope this audit could end up with a good result.

- Frankly, your company achieving better sales results than the previous year is something you can be proud of because the market conditions were very weak during last year and a lot of business could not even survive. Your company have sailed through stormy seas and survived.
Management alone cannot achieve such results, it is teamwork, so a lot of credit goes to the employees too, therefore, you truly deserve a better bonus and hopefully a salary increase. Under such favorable conditions, the performance audit should be less stressful.
This is quite a relief from the depressive working conditions you have been going through. Looks like you are going to have a satisfied Lunar new year. Sometimes, life gives us some pleasant surprises, so we should always look to the future positively. Best wishes.

Spring is also coming soon. While the chilly winter of industrial fields now are still suffering the toughest moment. Now that your company has achieved something great in comparison to 2014, surely, all of guys feel quite relaxed for the time being.
