Recently, I felt some stress from the new KPI setting of 2016, as a matter of fact, besides my own work I needed to complete on time, I also need to take extra works according to high level’s instructions, this kind of situation occurred not only to me, but to the others in the company. It’s totally different those major companies that have very specific job responsibilities and very clear scope of work. So, when everything is going well, all of us both feel okay. But, once something goes wrong, the disputing will occur among different departments even in a department. Sometimes, it will make involvers unhappy. Maybe, this kind of shortcomings that each of minor companies has. However, everything has two sides, on the one hand, it exactly exists more or less disadvantage. On the other hand, in terms of personal career, it’s a good opportunity to learn something new from others.
     So, maintaining peace of mind is important at any time. Everything we should do just tries to keep on going to realize what we would like to have.
