There are two guys left company to pursue their new career outside this month, as the usual practice, the following two months after New Year will be the peak of job hopping. It’s not only getting the annual bonus, but won’t affect the raise got in new company. So, congratulate my colleges who have already found a new job. However, once one guy chooses to leave, the vacancy should be occupied by other guy. But, unfortunately, there is an engineer vacancy in our department for almost one year hasn’t recruited a suitable guy. Sometimes, we doubt if the boss has a plan to hire a guy for this position. According to our understanding, to hire a guy shouldn’t be so difficult, may be the boss doesn’t hire the guy or at all or the boss think that it’s not a big ideal if lacking one guy. Because, he can see that everything is going well if he amortizes the task to everyone in the office.
Maybe, it’s a wise choice from boss view, actually, it’s a terrible choice, because everyone in the office doesn’t have the quality of technical skills accordingly, which the engineer position should have. In other words, it will cause unprofessional impression to customers. It seems saving a little money, as a matter of fact, the game is not worth the candle.
