I will be an opportunity to go abroad for learning something new the following month and also I will take some questions from our department to clarify with global teams. It’s a good chance for individual, but also a big pressure to me. Because there was not good culture among our corporation, we strongly believe that everything the parent firm did was a correct, even it was wrong. Mostly, we looked it as a God from top-down. That means we are superstition the parent firm so much. So, for this training, instead of saying learning, why not say simulation again. This situation won’t be changed in a short term, but I hope this could be changed in the future.
