Now, it’s still raining heavily outside and I hate this kind of days, sometimes, it made me depressed in some way. Unfortunately, the annual rainy season is coming next month. It couldn’t have gone any worse during these days, everything has become wet. What’s more, the rainy season normally will last for around twenty-day. It’s really my tough times for me at that every moment. On the contrary, I really do like the sunshine, it could bring me the good mood at least. But, we didn’t make the climate changing by willpower, we should do just accommodate the changing.
Such like this situation, it seems, extremely like everyone who involves in daily working. Sometimes, we are not happy with something, but, we didn’t have ability to make a change because of objective causes. We need to tell ourselves, we should be integrated into the environment that we rely on, meanwhile, we may take some steps to meet this no matter you really like or dislike it. Perhaps, real life is just like that.

- About in one and half months the rainy days will come. It is really misreable and uncomfortable then. Since everything is easily going to become mildewed in the exposure of high himidity. We can not avoid it but we can do some precatuions in advance to prevent those items from going bad.

- Most men don't like to carry and umbrella and I am one of those. I was caught in the heavy rain and had to wait at the roadside for the rain to stop. The rain became heavier and seems will not stop, so I rushed across the road and then walked below some shelter. When I reached home, I was dripping with water. I only felt better after taking a warm bath and changed to home clothes.
I don't dislike rain as much as you do because most of the places nearby are rain sheltered, so sometimes we don't even need an umbrella. Furthermore, I feel rain cleans everything and the air is fresher after rain.
Throughout our working life, we are always faced with problems and difficulties. We have no choice but to face them sensibly. It is easy for bosses to make decisions and they usually don't think about the difficulties their subordinates has to suffer. Quite often, employees have no choice but to follow the instructions of the management. The best way to handle these problems are just do whatever the management requires because any objection would most likely bring unhappy consequences. Being a boss is also not easy because the business depends on the boss and if things don't work properly, the first one to suffer is the boss as the business may run into trouble.
A boss tells people what to do. A leader tells people how to do things.
