Hot 3660 views. 2016-4-26 22:46 | nothing, feeling, instead, manager, report

     These days I was stuck in almost same things, doing all kinds of report to meet some guys whose can speak instead of doing nothing. The feeling was so terrible, I even had a dispute with our manager for this. Sometimes, our manager loves to dispatch some tasks to his subordinates, but, in most cases, he won’t tell you what portion is he actually wanted. So, it will confuse us so much, because we will spend more time thinking about what he really wanted. It’s not only me but my colleagues more or less have the same confusion. Under this situation, we have to suspect if he didn’t know what he wanted, after all, some tasks he dispatched to us were from his boss not by himself. Furthermore, the frequency of the meetings is twice times than others so that some guys surprised why we are so many things to discuss at the meeting.
    Actually, we are reluctant to attend this boring meeting, but, we have to follow up his demands. In his own words, he is the top one in our department. So, we’ve got nothing to say to him at that moment.

The company management culture has changed in recent years. All managers know that they must have team spirit. The manager or boss alone cannot make a company successful. Successful companies always have committed and involved staff. Those who work for the good of the company would be noticed and rewarded. Your manager is abusing the powers he had been given. You know, some managers believe they are too important to do trifle work and just assign it to subordinates without proper instructions. He don't even want to do the basic work. This it very time consuming for employees having to guess what he really wants.

Since you are not in the executive or management level, there is not much you can do about unreasonable assignments. Other staff would be affected too. Carry out your own duties duties responsibly and these matters would be solved in time.

I had the same confusion before,but when i changed my job and thought back, you would calm down and found out you had earned something else from the experience such as how to be a better leader. everyone in the company play different role ,as it says"What is rational is actual and what is actual is rational",when i quit the job,i finally got the point and i wish you could be smarter than me,fighting

Sometimes, we have no better choice. Those so called managers might really do not know much about their positions and do not know how to manage the group and assign orders correctly. What a mess if we meet those guys, but at some time we just say bad luck to meet them on work.

Under this condition what we can do is to finish what we should be supposed to do, then it is done.
