As usual, the beginning day of every week was extremely busy. We not only hold a weekly meeting but some tasks left from last week need to handle in time, meanwhile, new tasks will be assigned by manager. Sometimes, our manager expected us to work day and night, in other words, the owner of process was burdened with a lot of workloads and according to current status, the situation will be existence for a long time even if everybody know we are already shorthanded since several months ago. But, from the view of our manager, he put this situation to lack of efficiency and poor performance. We have nothing to say about his opinions, mostly, we will keep quiet, because we know it’s useless to say.
    Actually, if everything goes as plan, there will be two newcomers joining our team this month, unfortunately, this plan finally is cancelled by a high level temporarily. So, we should maintain the status until the turnaround occurs.
