The first half of this year has gone, the second half of this year is coming, the burden of working seems getting heavier and heavier than before. Some new projects are pulling in on the schedule except current projects on hand, sometimes, I feel a little stressed and it's not from work itself but the communication with others from different departments. What's more, to approach this kind of new projects is not my strength because I was arranged to handle technology issues from manufacturing process when I came into company. I didn't know when I completed the probation period, my boss told me that I not only need to cover my own job but to deal with new projects as well. At first beginning, I thought it's a good new to me, because I can learn something new besides my own job. But, once I entered the actual role of working, I found it was not easy as I thought. It's because I need spend more times to follow up one case even than I should take more energy on my own jobs. I felt a little tired because of failing to handle two kinds of different things at the same time.

     Nowadays, how to balance this situation is really a challenging to me, perhaps this is what I am going to do.
