How time flies, I have been in this company for over one year. Here I actually have learnt something new from others and have some opportunities to know something else besides my work area. Even thought, there are more pressures than my previous company, sometimes, I have the feeling of escaping away here quickly. But, when I calmed down, there are also good chances to challenge myself to develop further potential.

   So, I should make some changes right now, taking a more positive attitude towards working every day, trying to keep on a good mood to face these difficulties in front of me and don't spoil by trivial things around us. I knew that to make any change was not easy thing especially something you have done so many years, even a very little thing is reluctant for changing because you are already familiar with this. But, if you always pursue this kind of life, you are not far from the danger. No doubt you will be in danger because you will be becoming weak once the environment changed around you. So, we need to cheer up no matter what happens tomorrow.
