Sometimes, I felt tired during daily working not only from physical but also from mental because, most of things occurred in our plant both need to align with American's plant. I never think it was a good method for problems solved. On the contrary, it was a huge waste for critical problems solve because of huge time wasted during communication between two plants by mails or phone calls. What was a terrible thing that it was not broken the current states in a short terms based on actual situations. Everything followed the American's plant that seemed to be a part of important cultures in our plant. We must admit most of decisions depend on American's plant especially involved equipment investments in China. Our plant was so tiny than that of American, but, from the bottom of my heart, I didn't think all things that Americans did both excellent than ours, something, we shouldn't follow them, we can have better ideas for problems solved. We can accept their suggestions but we were not responsible taking their suggestions as mandatory to implement. Unfortunately, the biggest boss in our plant didn't think so, he always thought that all things we should do are to closely follow the pace of the American's plant to avoid any mistakes made.

      I don't know when the policy can be switched, but, I really know it is not a good beginning for plant's further development.
