Nowadays, sub-health is seriously undermining the living quality of modern people, I am currently kind of sub-health in a way. It lasts for long time since I worked this company three years ago. I don't think this caused by big pressure from work, but, I actually can't sleep well especially when I stay up late focusing on working before yesterday evening. Once I failed to sleep well, I will be on laziness during a whole tomorrow's working. It will be involved a bad circle so that I have to force myself to focus on working once again. Sometimes, the anxiety I feel is not from working but from environment around me, most of time, some things happened around me, I really want to have a try, but, meanwhile I fear to make a change due to lack of enough power or courage from my heart so that I have to keep the present circumstance.
Everyone wants to do a good job in working and life, but, in real life, it is not an easy job to balance those two and it seems like we know about the principles of life, but it is too hard to control blue mood.
