It really made us angry about the attitude from real estate developers, they should be provided us the property ownership certificate of stores and rental accordingly from July last year, but, actually, they not only failed to provide certificate and rental but also refused to give a definite due date when it will be ready. They always keep a promise that it will be ready in two or three months, but, actual result turns out nothing when several months past, when we come back to real estate corporation again for asking final result, they will find kinds of excuses as reply, then keep another promise that everything is already in process and now is pending government's approval. At first, we can believe what the developers said in a way, after so many disappointments. We already lose our temper so that we have to send out representatives to negotiate with developers and representatives from local government, trying to make an agreement to avoid this incident is getting worse. After all, the local government involved invite investments so they must have kind of relations with developers. If the stores finally become unfinished building, the local government will take a part of responsibility, I don't think they hope to end up with bad results.

    As the final negotiation result, the developers of stores keep promise that delayed rental will return to account within two months, but, as to certificate has not any conclusion yet. I believe there will be having game playing between developers and local government, otherwise, there won't any material result. Now, we just look and see what will happen in next time.
