The first working day after spring festival

Today is the first working day after sprig festival, no wonder there are no less than one fifth guys absent the first working day. They may be returning back from their hometown or are planning to stay longer to avoid traffic jam based on past experience. On the contrary, those who can go back working on time received a red packet of one thousand as gift which means a good beginning of 2018. Actually, handing out red packet has already as one of traditional culture of our company lasted for years, but the amount of the red packet will vary according to revenue of each year. Generally speaking, if we can get a big red packet and considerable bonus depends on whether we can complete or exceed the target. Fortunately, we did a good job last year. Now, I do hope we can continue this positive direction to the following years.

- My company used to have luck money at the first working day after New Year. But it was an old story. The tradition stopped long time ago.
