We have to cancel the activity of picking up strawberries with kids due to light rain outside. As an alternative, we made an interim decision that taking kids to indoor playground, normally, we spend the whole day with kids on weekends and try to strike balance between work and life.Now, we just need to find a right way to avoid being cornered by our work-life, remember to unplug, exercise when we are under pressure, we don't sacrifice our physical as costing to earn more money. After all, physical and mental health is the foundation of everything, no doubt these days, technology makes work accessible around the clock, work-life balance can seem impossible. But, working around the clock can even damage our health, especially when we have a poor diet. So we need adjust ourselves to make good choices when we leave the office and don't assume that it is impossible to balance work and life. What's more, if we are slaving away to make money how can we have time to enjoy other stuff?

Now, I told myself that I am sure myself accessible Monday through Friday, but I am not sure I can be on call on weekend. It is not realistic to expect people to work for money without enjoying life. What's more, to have fun with kids is one of decompressing methods, we should cherish every moment of good time with kids.
