It would be good news for some employees including myself, because it finally got a pay raise after three-year without a raise even though this is a very small increase this time. There was a high resignation ratio during the past three-year because of the cancellation of the annual salary increase and also due to increased investment and the impact of the epidemic caused the headquarters to take all means to reduce costs including reduced working hours and suspension of annual salary increase. When the time comes to 2021, the whole environment is much better compared with last year, but, it's still not back to its heyday, what's more, to recover the investment cost also need some time so I believe that this is bound to be a difficult road to go back to the top. Anyway, we hope the company can recover quickly and take its to the next level, after all, if we won't have enough salary and welfare how we can support our life. No doubt the company still faces a lot of challenges in 2021, but, we still have the reason to believe that the company will run better and better, because I am more optimistic about the market prospects of new energy vehicles and the company has invested most of its money in new energy projects, meanwhile, the company regards the new energy vehicles as the most likely growth points in the future. Therefore, as a normal worker, do our own work, perhaps the most correct thing at the moment......
