The upcoming summer season
The summer of this year is coming quietly, as the temperature continues to rise, we will be suffering the hottest season of the year and closely followed by nearly twenties of the plum rain season. It is the really tough experience for me at this time of every year. It seems that spring and autumn are particularly short in the city where I live and totally ignore the presence of spring and autumn. It may be because spring and autumn are so beautiful and such beautiful things always flash by easily. Normally, I try to reduce the amount of exercises as I can, also it causes a problem to me that I tend to gain weight during this time. Once I gain weight, it is hard to lose weight again so that I am constantly breaking my weight year by year, and with the growth of the age, becoming fatter and fatter seems to be a inevitable trend. If I want to change this trend, I need to do is to eat less and move more as much as possible. Unfortunately, most of time, I always forget that advice when I pigged out. By the time I realized that my body is getting bloated, it is already too late. But, if I suddenly reduce my food intake, I will become very uncomfortable and eventually have to give it up. On the road of losing weight, it is impossible to achieve success without strong willpower. For me, to maintain my current weight is my minimum goal for this year.
