Lack of Inspiration 灵感缺失

It is a disaster for a self-sufficient writer to suffer from a lack of the seemingly precious inspiration. If he's uninspired for too long, his mind will get badly constipated. So the thing is just like how you may be acting before you finally shit. For me, at least, I will feel harassed and unready to do whatever I am supposed to do, if only I haven't shat after a reasonable time of day. I will be pacing and strolling, murmuring that I would have been on the run instead of turning from side to side, could I have been to the toilet and made myself feel lighter. And this is all the same when I am dealing with writing in my life. I may have written out something at an early time of a day, then in this whole day I will feel safe, because I have finished the most haunting business that I should accomplish. I may have, otherwise, not written out things adequate untill an almost late time of a day, say ten o'clock at night; anyway I will still feel lucky because I can have a good sleep. However, for so many times, I have suffered the lack of inspiration, the times of "constipation", in which I feel like doing nothing but writing, while feeling harassed and unready to write whatever I am supposed to write. At those times I have been pacing and strolling and murmuring; and these things, equal to my writing, have actually just been part of my life.
对一个自给自足的作者来说，遭受似乎珍贵的灵感的缺失会是一个灾难。如果他太久没有灵感，他的思维就会便秘。所以问题就在于你终于拉屎之前会做什么。对我来说，至少我会感到困扰和对我可能做的事毫无准备，如果我在一天中某个合理的时刻之后还是没拉屎出来。我会踱来踱去，叨咕自己本该忙忙碌碌，而不是翻来覆去，只要我去过厕所并让自己焕然一轻。而我在对待写作时也是一样。我可能在一天的很早时候写出点什么，然后那一整天我就能感到安全，因为我已经完成了自己应该完成的最粘人的事情。另一种情况是，我可能直到一天里很迟的时候，比如晚上十点，才写出点足够的东西；不过我还是会感到幸运，因为我还能睡个好觉。然而，有太多时候我遭遇了灵感的丧失，那些“便秘”的时刻，在那时我会只想写作，而又感到困扰和对我可能写的东西毫无准备。在那些时候，我踱来踱去又叨咕；而这些事情，和我的写作相平等，它们也其实是我生活的一部分。

- I ever had the same experience as yours. I've planned to write a diary in English every day. I tried my best to fulfill the task. But sometimes I had nothing worthy to record in spite of my contemplation. As a result I failed to finish my writings for many times. Excellent writings should be like a spring bubbling out of the ground naturally. The water pumped out of a well is just as the work that costs enormous efforts, which may be good but would look mechanical.
