Start From Scratch 从头开始
Unlearn entirely what you were at one time seized of, and altogether the losses that you have suffered. Accept yourself as the being who has come afresh to this world with nothing your possession. Inwardly you speak: "Let me start from scratch!" You are not sitting on the ruins and crying, but are flapping your bottom, ready to go ahead for an open space and start reconstruction.
