Today I have reading serveral techinic articles. The question is I can not focus myself on reading. I seemed too distracted to give me much attention on my current work. I want to escpape from studing and like to enjoy entertainment such as watching tv/movie. I should exercise myself to have good habit.

- Reading is an activity which needs our full concentration. You are just not used to focusing all your attention. I think you will get adapted to it after a peroid of time.

- Don't worry buddy. You are not alone. Everyone dislikes reading technical articles or manuals because they are full of difficult words and hard to follow. I found myself also in similar situation. Whenever, I do some difficult work, I would wander away and have some drink or snacks. As a result, I could not not complete tasks. I guess we have to force ourselves to concentrate.

- one hour is ok . I readed a book about mediation . saids if one observe something in full attention . his brain is some way rest .and relax . like sleeping .. a surprise !!! ever since , I like do things in detail .. and let my body have good resting .
