12 years passed since I graduated from my college.
In the 12 years, I worked in more than 4 company, with different product.So I have a broad view.
Meanwhile, every period was short. Much direct experience was wasted.
Years before, career planning was heard by me. But I understood it little.
Now I understood some, but a long time passed.
If I focused on one area for 12 years, I think I am very satisfied with myself now.
Life is like a tree, you should pick a good place with a short time, and let it grow up for a longer time.

- It is so easy to criticize yourself with hindsight. You are not wrong in working for different companies. Isn't that what everybody does?
How many could work for a single company for many years continuously? Working for a single company does not mean it is beneficial. You have gained valuable experience by working for different employers and you now have good experience and knowledge about the operations of different companies.
Now is the times to use your experience and knowledge to concentrate on a satisfying and worthwhile job. You work with selflessly for a company and they remunerate you for your good services. It is give and take.
