Hot , Hot ! Today is Saturday and I got up early. Stick to run 5 kilometers every day. keep going on with my plans. When I came back home and blunt a hot bath. And I found that it's very hot today. Sweat flow down from my whole body continuously. Although it's hot, I must go to buy something for her to eat. Anyway, I need to take care of her. Sorry!

- You can run 5 km everyday. I could not even do that. In the daytime it is too hot and the sun burns. In the evening, the air is polluted and I am tired. I gotta force myself to do it.

- I can't insist on doing the physical exercise. for most of girls they want to lose weight in the summer, but for me, i won't increase my weight no matter how many i eat. but for keeping health, i will do yoga every week.
