Difficult for me !

Yesterday when I saw a friend who told us his succeed in spoken english. I felt much pressure and be proud of him meanwhile. English is hardly used in my ex-company. But now, I need to be use for my working. To read and reply emails in my daily work. Although there were Chinese sometimes, but mostly using english. I remembered once that help foreigners to solve problems, I couldn't understand what they said completely, sometimes I need to done by their gestures, or need others help me to translation. This is terrible for me. I need to improve my english, expecially in spoken. Although it is difficult for me, I must do it alike I run 5 kilometers every day. But it's not easy like running for me .When I study, I feel tired much quickly, Who can give me some suggestions？ many thanks !

- Come on my friend. If others can do it you can do it too. It is only that you don't have somebody to practice with you. Watch English dramas, comedy and also listen to radio. Later you would be able to understand them and follow their words.
You can write so clearly and it is pleasant to read your writing. That means you are already quite good in English. It is not easy to write well in English, you know. I can tell you that you can learn a lot from the emails you receive from your customers. There are lots of useful words and tells you how to write properly.
Yes, you may not understand what foreigners say, but they often had heavy accent and talk fast. You are not used to that yet and that does not mean you are weak in English.
So many people have said that they felt tired and sleepy when they study English. It seems so difficult, but it actually not so difficult. There are only few thousand English words. If you can speak 1/4 of those words, you can talk to them in English already. So just go step by step and you will find you can start talking in simple sentences and understand English on TV. You can do it.
Me too, whenever I face some difficult tasks, I feel tired and sleepy too. Just want to avoid tasks, but eventually I have to do it. Everyone needs to pressure himself to work diligently. When you are able to speak some English, I would be happy to talk to you, so go ahead.

- Well I think you the guys are luckier than me. As you are working for the foreign company, in such a environment, your English will improved fast. Isn't there a saying, no pressure no forward power.
The problem is not the problem, the problem is your attitude about the problem. Now that you have this good attitude to change the circumstances, no problem can stop you. Trust yourself, there's no place you can't achieve. Come on. Yeah.
