one of my colleague left the company

Today is raining, and something was not well for it, my colleague, as for me is a great friend resign just now. maybe for further development, better salary and so more. Although we worked together within less one year. but we just like for a first sight, have a same interesting, same dream for future. we could talked one by one and never have a tired feeling, if one can meet a right person in his life. he/she should grasp it. as for friend is the same, maybe we could not meet each other as before. but our relationship will never changed invariably. Life is just as this, it can not follow your opinion. sometimes we have a wonder time for together, sometime we won't .a permanent reunion is hardly to keep, so keep happily and receive different challenge around our daily surroundings when it happened.
we live in the fast-paced style around us, so as for we can't have a chance or much time to enjoy the beauty of scene of our daily environment. we may could not realize the emphasis of environment for working together with companions. When he resigns, you could not do anything, just wish him for good starting. as for me, i don't wanna to leave a familiar circumstance, it's hard to decide to make a decision. but sometimes we must replaced . that's the life, Life is from one start to another. meanwhile, we maybe find the most scenes after make different choices. i read a topic survey about the modern fast-paced life style. More and more people are working under high pressure for gaining a high quality life. so that he missed lots of beautiful scenery around our surroundings. sometimes i also could not pay much attention to our friends, finally when i realize the conditions, it may hurt others' heart. although he forgives you finally. so please slow down your steps and i think i will gain more. my friend , good luck to you.

- Whenever a friendly colleague resigns or a good friend leaves, we all feel uneasy, worried or insecure. This is particularly hurtful when that colleague is supportive and can talk about everything with you. It is hard to find friends like this and losing him would be disappointing for you. As you know, once we work in different cities or different jobs, our communications would be less and the contacts would become less and less, plus the topics of talk would be not compatible. However, there are exceptions. I think your friend would value your relationship and keep the contact with you. Tell him that you value his friendship and wish that you two can become lifetime friends.
On the other hand, leaving a stable job may not be a good decision, especially in the present time when most companies are downsizing or business is down. In every new job, there are downsides or negative sides. It could be either a difficult boss, difficult colleagues, boring routine jobs, no future or other reasons. It is not quite often that a person can get a job which he is satisfied with. Since he has already decided to resign, wish him well and keep the contact with him. Don't let this incident affect you and influence you to change jobs. You can think about change when you really have total confidence and a good job available. Change is not always good. In my career, I have also changed jobs, but in the end, I only moved from a bad job to a worst job. Finally, when I saw a really good chance, I changed, so it all depends on timing. Don't worry, you are doing the right thing. A small boat should not sail out to the open rough seas. Common sense is important.

- Cherish what we have at present and life shows the beauty when we are on the way to work, live and entertain with friends and people everyday.
The life journey is not always going smoothy, we have to choose the right way to go over obstacles barricade us, to jump or leap, and then go on.
On the way we meet many people with whom we work together. They are part of our life as part of scenery. Do not miss good views when we are busying with struggling for having a better life, otherwise when we are at the top of roof there could be nothing esls attached to be recalled of.

- The last working day of Feb, my best friend also quit our comppany;fortunately, his current company is near to our company, we still can meet frequently.
Everyone has different decision, the only thing we can do is to cherish our friendship.

- In my humble opinion, sometimes change bring us hope,a stable job may weaken your competitiveness, if you can't find your future in the current company, quit is the only way for you. of course , well-qualified is the major premise to find a good one.

- i agree with you that one should feel a opportunity can really change your life or promote your living. that's grasp it. but many times we regret after change a new environment. just as you said from a bad job to a worst job. but most of emphasis is that, however to choose, we should be face it happily and i believe everything will be tide over as we handle it.

- although he have resigned already, we still contact as before, we cherished the relationship each other, yeah, we live in the fast-paced surroundings, the jobs take over majority in our lifetime. and ignore most of beautiful sight around us. try to slow down our steps to see the scene of us. obviously we hard to regulate ourself smoothly sometimes.
