How to manage our emotions ?

Yesterday we had a English communication with our team about how to manage our mood in our daily work and life. have you ever been having a low mood and depress, feeling not to do anything sometimes, have you ever been encounter a couple of frustration for the reason of yourself, or have you ever how to do for your bad temper from side to side. i think most of us having that condition happened, including me. These were mostly caused by our mood, mood exercise is better important than physical exercise, especially for the modern people. They wish to have a health and long lifespan. i remembered that one statistic showing us which is the worst element in our whole life. That's the negative mood and wicked emotions, such as worried, listless, fear, cowardice, envy, etc. 

How to exercise and control emotion in daily life ?  Avoid or reduce the negative mood?

1.    In facing the change of life, we should often keep a bright, pleasant mood, handle the problems with a calm attitude, make a appropriate judgment.

2.    Another, training your hobby and interesting, after taking part in these activities, one hand, you can enhance your ability and social circle. On the other hand, it can reach self-cultivation.

3.   Knowing much of yourself. Try your best to do and under your controlling while meet un-accident, don’t be too care about your gain or less.

4.   When we work in a high pressure, find some ways to relax them or communicate with your family and friends. Don’t bury them in your heart. Communication is the best way to manage emotions if you try.

I still remembered clearly and always thinking about that scene several time before.my wife and I were bought a toy car to my niece. When we prepare to set it on a bus, they prevented me and told me that you can’t. Talking to them peacefully and smoothly firstly and finally it’s a fire burning, we quarreled. Although the toy car was set on it. After we got home and my told me that, Jason, are you still angry with that? do you find your mistake either?

Do you have which ability or power to lose your temper ? actually , I thought about it deeply and recognized my emotions. Although I was apologized with the driver. And after when I meet some affairs and remember that scene, and found that much negative things after you convert another way to face. The theory is easy to understand and we also know how to action on it. But when we meet it, we found that it’s hard to manage it freely. Nobody have the ability when they were born. Thinking about one more minutes after decide, just try, try, try.
