As the proverb says" one person can not pick up the dead bear,move thousands of mountains together.", one tree can not make a wood and etc. These language are described fully about the strength of team.We all know that "1+1=2".Obviously, why were we always being heard "1+1>2"?That's because we are member of a team, even a small company, a club, if we work together within full energy, we can overcome any difficult on the way. As a member of company, we should be make full use of the platform which provides for us. Elaborating your advantage into the big family, As is known to all, individual fight is hardly to survive in the full of competition and challenges environment. especially in the fast-paced society.The world is cruel.Just like a dictum" There was no a perfect man, just only with a perfect team." If you can not got support from others, without the power of every member, we can not succeed. I still remembered clearly that when we had had a project to push. It's much tired during that first period, but still got any clear implement on it.It was still delayed on my side. One day, when I sat down within a depressed mood, pull out the phone and look for the moments on wechat. There was a title topic which shocked me. " The power of team is endless". Looking back upon the issued project, i made myself alone in the big family.After listening to their suggestions and effective method, the project got a positive feedback, meanwhile, i was fully integrated into the big team.
A drop of water only survive well after integrate into the sea, as same for individual person,only part of team that can make you grow and successful. Stretch out your arms for your team and trust them.
