I need some new things

I think I need some new things in my life.

In another word, it seems that I almost lose all my mind recently.

Im tired of updating Wechat,QQzone,QQminiblog,etc.

Suddenly, I can't find myself in the busy world.

Suddenly, I don't know what shall I do.

Suddenly, I lose all my enthusiasm in everything....

I know it's very dangerous for me.

After this month,I will have a new start.

I understand how that must have felt for that thought came to haunt me every now and then.
My solution, when not able to travel, is to read and take notes. It worked fine for me, but yes, there was still time even books are not the cure. So be patient, it will pass with time. Meanwhile, try something new, and keep in mind "life is amazing."

Spend time on doing other thing, so these would cost less. Maybe life needs something to be engaged in or concentrated on.

I have such feelings just like yours.It's  period stress, and you will find everything lose the significance during this time. My advice is that just concentrating in one thing, and absorbing in it. For example, watching movies and reading books. If you find yourself lose your mind, you can try to make plans, just split your tiome into different groups, and take note on feedback. It will  let you know what you have done, and feel like controlling your own time.

I had the same feelings a few days before.I felt bored,and I just don't want to do anything.But, one moment later, I knew,I need to relax.I need to refresh spirits.So, I spend one afternoon going out to take a walk alone.Guess what? I feel better now.

If you are fretful. You can practise calligraphy, read something to make you calm down, go hiking, climb mountains or do some sports. Even you can pour out your annoyance to your family, your best friends and the others who you can believe and can give you some suggestions. In a word, hope you have good feelings.

I know I need to have a short trip to somewhere where I have never gone. But I hardly make a decision to do it,because I have to work, take care of child, and so on.

Obligations are always there....Try and have some rest and get relaxed at some point. There's a limit for everyone so don't push yourself that hard.

I see. Sometimes I thought that the cell phone took our happiness and freedom away. Oh, that's terrible without cell phone. But we have little fun with the phone in my hand.
