7.26Assignment - The introduction about the sun

Our closest star is the sun, whose surface, called ”photospher”, is very hot and whose energy is indispensable for us. It is made up of thermal gases and more than 15 million degrees Celsius is estimated to have in the very core. It is according to the scientists that the sun is the compound of 75% hydrogen and 25% helium held together by the gravity. In fact, the light and heat we see and feel are realeased by nuclear reacations between hydrogen and helium at the centre of the sun.

- The scientist are all seeking clean and never ending energy. The sun is the place to go, but the sun is not for humans to land in or get near to.

- That's right. In spite of the useful solar energy, we human aren't able to land in there. But I tend to believe in space colonization, maybe the destination isn't the sun, but other plante is possible, will be possible i think.

- I am not so serious though the introduction is academic. I think sun or sunlight stands for what is justice and commendatory. Even though summer is so hot, the meanings are few broken. People complain the high temperature sometimes, while the sunshine is still expressing hope and warm in their mind. Maybe the special emotion for red color is relevant with the meanings in our traditional culture.

- Yes, what you say is exactly right. Colors are in some ways relevant to emotions and sunlight can bring people more vigour than the moonlight.

- Yeah, that's true. We human beings need to be in harmony with the nature instead of desiring to conquer it. Natural laws have been there before human exist, so we should be in awe of the nature.
