Yes, we use our smartphones and even internet too much. Though it is convenient indeed, yet something cannot be replaced or ignored. We should not rely on it completely. We should spend more time with our families, friends and lovers.

In fact, I was angry with my little brother because he has played phone for a long time. I ordered him to put down it immediately. Then, I thought over, and found I am a bad example, and he just is too little to retort upon me. Thus, not only grown-ups but also children are influenced highly.

Therefore, we have extremely got used to relying on internet, and it seems to be difficult to cast phone or computer away. I don’t know what to do to avoid this effectively.
