On October 1st, my friends and I went climbing that is allowed to visit freely on that special day. The appeal is soared up combining a popular festival, a known tourist attraction with free of charge. So you can imagine the degree of crowdedness. Well, this is not traffic jam but “people jam”.  We continued to go ahead even if complaining the jam.

I always believe that climbing is not difficult for me and my confidence derive from my hometown—Chongqing, a well-known mountain city. Though I am lack of exercising in college, the based physical power is maintained.

In the afternoon, we occasionally come to a grand and solemn place that is a memorial hall to revolutionary martyrs. We view the gun, the tank and so on so forth. Actually, it is really a beautiful mistake, because the place is called “hero mountain”, and all of us focused on “mountain” before we arrival, but now we know “hero” is the emphasis. Well, you must know there are few people compared with other sight spots. It is undisturbed, peaceful. It reminds us of the news that China marks first Martyrs’ Day –“China has rallied to honor and remember deceased national heroes on the first Martyrs' Day.” Honor and remember the heroes. This experience is impressive.

Always, shopping cannot be separated from a tour, and even one day’s sightseeing is not an exception. We girls are inevitably appealed by promotion of a brand-name store: the discount. Three girls including me bought a pair of shoe, and fortunately there is one girl who resisted the temptation. However, I want to emphasis that it is really cheap— I got a pair of winter boots for 75 yuan, the winter is coming, and my boots is too old. After all, they are not my excuses for shopping.
