This afternoon, I met one of my best friends

We've known each for more than 8 years now

8 years ago we were naive high school students

Now we are called "aunt" by kids everywhere.

8 years ago we cared about handsome boys in school

Now we talk about jobs, family, future, boyfriend, life...

8 years ago we eat a lot of snacks without caring about calories

Now we eat as less as we can in order to keep fit

8 years ago life was really simple

Now we must consider more

Things are getting harder than they used to be

But I'm trying my best to enjoy all that I have

I'm so glad to have such a lovely afternoon with an old friend

Yes, Tange. You are right. There are so many barriers and conditions for family and friends contact. Most of them are so cold and realistic. They keep everything to themselves and because of this, they do not receive advice from others. It is so hard to talk heart to heart with them. I wonder where is the benefit of such kind of attitudes.

Meeting old friends makes us reminiscent the past and realize how much everyone has changed. No more are our old friends innocent or sincere. Money, jobs and material possessions dominate the conversations. Your article is worth reading over again as these do affect me and other people too.

I'm so glad that you think my words are worth reading^_^days pass by, things changed a lot. Many years later, the old friends who can still spend a nice afternoon with you are one of the most important things in life.

Reply A-C 2014-12-21 21:40: It is really a happy thing. Many of my friends scatter in all parts of the country, while in my hometown, I have few best friends. It is so hard for us to meet again. I expect to come across some of my friends some day.
