I've been working for freign trade company for decades, but I found my English writing is just workable and make email readers understanding only, but it's still a long distance and ranges to "profession". A good writer can make the deals easily and let the readers have a good image to the writers, so I think it's quite important to improve my English writing if we want to upgrade my career. So I listed my schedule as below:

1> Reading some commercial English sentences from internet and mark down the professional sentences from my clients or suppliers' email, and learn the writing stylye of their emails.

2> Reading English books, so that to enlarge our vocabulary, it's also good to watch English movies, it will help us to understand the different culture and native speaker tone.

3> Master various formal business sentence usage and pay attention to the Coherence and Cohesion on our writing, in addition, it's also important to the Unity of the whole sentence.

4> Keep on reading and writing regularly and it's good to write here also. haha...
