When we graduate from university,most of us will have a boss who  administer you directly.So we have to handle the relationship with the mentor well.But actually it's hard for a green hand to get along with the boss.The boss always wants to  know every staff well,so  they take different kinds of ways to know you clearly.But the staffs generally keep distance to the boss,because they want to work freedom and less pressure.The different thoughts lead to the  irreconcilable  contradiction just like the relationship between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law. Haha~just kidding~
