They are four carefree girls. Like other children, they are troublesome, unmannerly and inconsiderate. Later, the great change happens on them, they become the little women.

The March’s has four daughters who have different personalities. The oldest daughter Meg is so aware of her appearance and always complains of the work. Jo, the older daughter, looks like a boy and is wild about arguing with other people. The shy girl Beth is fond of playing piano. The little sister Amy just cares herself. The four sisters often quarrel for little things. Eventually they are determined to be good children.

Though they are not the grown-up and even just think of themselves, they understand that they should love their father and mother .In fact, it is hard for children to express their love to parents in the romantic way .They are not good at saying phrase “I love you”. However, it is their easy behavior that touches me. They save their pin money to buy Christmas presents for mother. One of them sells her beautiful hair to exchange money to send to their father. I think the love which children give parents is also warming.

There is always a continuous “conflict” among children. They argue for toys, friends,  books and so on or make a trick on other people in order to “revenge” them, which is pointless in our view. But when one of the sisters gets in trouble, they forget their “hatred” and come to their sister’s aid. For example, Jo takes care of Beth regardless of being infected when her sister suffers the infectious disease. It is really a pure feeling that we should cherish it.

They also become the friendly women. They make friends with the neighborhood Laurie who is a little shy. They get along well with each other. They undertake sorrow and share happiness together. They live very happily.

The four sisters do it successfully. They become the good children—real little women, which their father wishes them to be. I really admire the friendship among the four sisters. It is warming, pure and impressive. I am also gratified by their changes. Everyone must experience a course that from childhood to mature period. We will change a lot and learn a lot during this course. We are under this period now. What we can do is to try our best to be an excellent person.
