Getting into the habit of getting up early

   With the approaching of winter, the weather is becoming colder and colder. People would like to stay at home instead of going out. Moreover, it is extremely difficult to get up early in such a circumstance. No matter how cold the weather is, everything goes on, while getting up too late may disturb the normal routine. From my perspective, it is necessary to keep a good habit of getting up early even in winter. Well, how do you do that?
   I have read a passage named 《how to get up early painless》. Its analysis is very wonderful. I want to share with you.
   First, think about the advantages and disadvantages of getting up early and getting up late separately. Generally speaking, the advantages of getting up early are avoiding crowded buses, healthy diet, healthy daily routine and sense of achievement(because you have defeated the 93% people all over the nation). The disadvantages are losing the unprotected sleep for one or three hours and missing 200 microblogs. On the other hand, the advantages of getting up late are gaining the the unprotected sleep for one or three hours, browsing 200 micoblogs. The disadvantages are missing the delicious breakfast, having a bad mood because of the terrible traffic, the rate of suffering gall-stone. There is a saying goes:"when you see a fork in the road, take it!" No matter which choice you choose, you must gain something and lose something. Just take all things consideration and make a right choice.
   Well, I definitely advice you to choose getting up early. Needless to say, the benefits it gives is unimaginable. What we need to do most is to overcome the laziness. It do need a long time. Just take it step by step and insist on it.

It's difficult to get out of my warm bed in the morning. I think a determined aim is more effective on arouse someone. I am struggling for overcoming my laziness, but getting up earlier is more and more tough with it is colder.

I always plan to sleep early in the evening and get up early in the morning.But when in the evening,there're always excuses to pursuade myself to sleep late and when in the morning,the laziness can easily defeat my weak willpower.What should I do?

In this semester I need to get up early from Monday to Thursday,every time I hear my bell ring I feel painful but the next second I throw my quilt away and wake up quickly,I can do like this because I just clear up all the useless pain and think of nothing but to get up.

I think if you choose to go to bed early in the evening, it is not a difficult thing to get up early in the morning, because you have got enough sleep. It is good to form a good habit of getting up early and enjoy the fresh air.
