Do you guys have noticed that lots of friends launch a game named "smile challenge" in the Wechat? The original idea of this game is to encourage ourselves or other person by sending the smile. I was also involved in this game.
An idea occurs to me suddenly that I never encourage myself by smile when I am in trouble. Actually, smile is the cheapest and easiest way to relieve our bad mood. I should forget this method totally! Smile is the positive psychological hint. It is more useful than other person's advice. After all, ourselves is the master of our mood.
Please remember to smile to yourself when you are in the tough period. Just like this~
