Contrast photos after losing weight for 8 months

Sinece this is my very first blog in DioEnglish I'd like to show you some active affects.
 The photo below marks the changes after I made my mind to lose weight, which took 3 months.

When jumping aerobics in dorm couldn't satisfied me I decided to move to the gym. Can you imagine a girl using fitness equipment such as barbells and dumbbells even the iron plate in gym? I think most of the boys I met in the gym couldn't expect that.  (LOL)

Here have some photos of me in gym.

For the record, I will NEVER become the freak muscle woman in the Biology book, so don't be scard :)

So many people around me are saying how they are going to do exercises all the time, but no one really make up his/her mind to do so. Because the life without exercise is more confortable I guess? The truth is, working out can not only bring you a healthy body but also a healthy mind abuselutely.

Everytime I sweating my shirt I feel so happy and satisfied. I become more optmstic and a cheerful person that people around me can feel the happy too, which is the biggest treasure I found.

So when you have an idea of doing something, don't hesitate anymore, just do it! 

If you can't take full control of your own body, what else can you do? If I can do it, why can't you? 

Nothing can stop you except yourself!


P.S.

the weight before I exercise:53kg

the weight after 3 months  I exercise:48kg

for now I have stable weight around 50kg.

I was a bit slim from the begining, so the number of the weight hasn't changed much.  :)

I think I should take the advice you have said.Persistence is very worthful.

Absolutly! A good habit is built in one month, if you get over the difficulties you will make a great improvement~ Good for you! ;)

And don't forget to eat healthy at the same time. ;)

Yeah,"I" is the only one who can totally control our own, and just persist and try our best once we make our mind on something. Howerver, for physical training, I am really a bad exerciser though I know its importance.~

Never have negative thoughts on your own,girl! Don't be afriad of doing something "difficult", just try, then you will find out it dosen't seem that hard at all~ Good luck!
