Recently I become a group leader.I know that It won’t be an easy task to finish,but I still go on for it,and try hard to ensure the mission can be finish on time.

    But one day,when I ask one of my teammate that if he has time to do one of the task along,his remiss attitude really annoy me,and then he say that,he thinks our team is just a team for doing one by one task,it is not the team he want.

    After hearing that,I feel so angry,upset,and confused.Why did he say that?Though he is not the industrious one in our team,there are some negative minds appear in our team and it is my duty to change the situation.

    I chew over about that for a several days,and in there day I even dreaming of standing on the stage and give them a speech to cheer them up.Finally,I hold a meeting on Friday,it is about distribute the task,and at last I begin my speech about “teamwork”.

    First,I ask for the opinion of the teammate who complain to me about if I can share his word to others,and he say ok.So I told others his original words,and the words heated me again and I cry again,I just don’t know that after I put all my heart into the teamwork and there is someone who never pay anything and still complain to our teamwork. I told my teammate,there is a really thing that the cohesion of our team is still haven’t been build up.But can it become a reason that they refuse to do the task I gave to them?The answer is definitely “no!”.As soon as you choose to take part in the work,though you have your negative mind,but finish the task is the must do thing.Because in order to reach our destination it is our need to do our task,which shows our responsibility to ourselves.You choose to do something and you’re gonna to finish it whatever you meet.And after we graduate from our school,who knows that what kind of team we are going to join in,can we expect that there will be a perfect team that wait for us to join in?That’s really impractical.Now he is in a working team,I think there is no way for him to complain especially that he haven’t done well his work.

        So that is my opinion about teamwork,whenever you are,you enjoy your group and finish your task perfectly,that’s the realistic thing I’m going to do and do it forever.
