A girl sitting opposite to me got a call during her lunch~
As I was listening music via hearphones, I didn't pay much attention to her conversation .Plus I am not interested in other's private talks
But since her voice became gradually loud ,I kinda being" forced to" listen to her conversation. Eventhough I have already turned the volume up .
It was an unpleasant lunch to me becasue the girl was totally out of control in the end . She even dropped her chopsticks angrily . I don't want to judge her or something ~ we do encounter something really piss us off . It is totally okay to vent out our anger and even in public if it is necessary.
However , what I am trying to say is that we cannot be the slave to our emotions no matter possitive and negative ones (yes,possitive feeling without conrtol trun out become negative effect, I guess). I did observe this girl for a while. During the whole process, she quite indulged herself in disappointing and angry feeling. I can imagine all she was thingking during she spoke to another person was " I am so angry . I am RIGHT and You are WRONG.". She just can't take a step back to watch the whole picture. FOCUS so much on How you feel, you will let the emotions and feelings control you .I used to be a slave to MY sensibility, and now I know it need to be under certain control or we will face a lot of troublesome things.~

- Well, there are always situations where people talk loud and force others to share their problems. Some of their conversations could be very irritating. You have enough problems of your own. Don't let that bother you. Just continue to listen to your favorite music.

- i need to say that i understand your feeling because i have a roommate like her in the past and every time i can be annoyed easily when i was talk to some but stop by her loudly voice.and i think that girl must be talk to her boyfriend of family,because usually we won't be annoyed by others for we are not very concern about others' thing,but when it comes to the people who are close to us,we can't control our mood easily,i think it is quite normal by the way.

- Well, in my view, we had better not vent our negative emotion in public. It can not solve the question but also interrupt other people. It is nearly a unmoral behavior. Nobody is bound to listen your dissatisfactory, right?
