when I was browsing today, I randomly read this sentence.

"Don't make promises when you are happy;don't answer when you are sad;don't make any decision when you are angry.Think twice before doing anything"

I think it is quite true.

I find that I always put myself into a dilemma by promising others to do something either out of my capacity or against my will.

And it does torture me after I say YES to them.

Trying to make a change, and keep my life from this upsetting,

when I really want tooffer my help to others but not quite sure whether I can do it,

I always plus "there is no guarantee" .
