these days, I am thinking a question, I spend a lot of time of learning english, from middle school to the postgraduation, however, during that time, I just master the way or the skill to cope with the exam, I would say I have not really learn english very well or not master the spirit of learning english. and then, several years later, I apply a job in a foreign company, english is very important for my career development, so I tried a lot ways to learn it, imporving listening and oral english. I listened VOA materials and read orignal english novels, and I entered the training courses, but the improvment is not the same as what i hope, I think I am a little depressed, but I say to myself, keep on learning, keep on practicing, practice makes perfect, hope i could make a great progress in 2015!

- What you have done is to accumulate and gain the knowledge of Engish, let's assume it as the input into brain, while even you konw the words, you just can not write them down making good sentences or speak out in a fluent way, I can feel like that, which is considered as the output.
As you mentioned, practice makes perfect, we can also make it more clearly like this, saying, input generates outpu, surely, you need exercises and do more and speak more.
After months, you will see the growth of English growth.
