In June, I will fly to Bangkok to enter a forum hold by company, there will be three colleagues to go there, two of them want to stay there for a more day to visit the city using their annual leave, I think of course this is a chance for travel, I would not say more about it.
As for me, I am shy to stay there to travel, the company or the boss let us go there to learn and communicate with the global team, of course, they do not hope us to show around there, I cherish the chance but I cherish the work more.
I do not know I am right or wrong, maybe everyone has his or her attitude toward the work and life.

i thinke it is just depend on the work.if the work need you to respond the result on the spot to your boss immediately,you should just come back as fast as you can,but also like that you can take out some time maybe after the dinner to go out to have a see at the view of Bankok.Well,if the work is not that urgent,maybe you can first send a written report back,and then explain the willing about you want to stay a little longer in the Bankok for a travel,maybe you can also say that the other reason is that you want to do a survey of Bankok's marketing of something about your work,and just like that your boss will be much happier for your staying.
