I am getting tired day by day. I really do not like the present situation. I also not courage to change it also. I just say to myself that I just compromise something. It is not the right time to change my right now situation. Specifically speaking. I still not want to change my present job even it is hopeless. Is that a place upon the heaven not pressure. Is that we can live a peaceful time like chindhood. My previous thought about working in big city is too much pretty. But, things are not like what we thought. We sacrify a lot of things for living in the big city. Eatting a lot of junk food. a lot gutter oil. breathing too much CO2. Then, to the end of the year. we found we are very hesitate to back home because we will face of a lot of questions. Like how much you earn per month? When you want to get marriage?

- Yes ,you probablely sacrified much for living in big city,shanghai ,are you？ but you also got something which u can not attain if working in your hometowm. Anyway that's what i feel now and i tried to be independent and strong in struggling for living here .
In these days , you know it's hot time for job-hopping. I also had the thought to change the job which comes to bother me now and then . But for me ,a fresh graduate student , there are tremendous things for me to learn from my first job so whatever job i am involved in, it will benefit to me so long as i am an industious learner. Thus now it's not right time for me to change job.
You should know clearly what job you really like to do before you intend to change it. Keep staying here or come back to hometown, both are all right.
For everyone could and should choose the way they like to go. But when you decide it, just work for it without regret and compliant.

- Sigh~~~.What you said is true to a lot of other friends here, so they would be comforted by your writing because most of us have similar experience in our lives. Quite amazing that you can describe so much in one short paragraph.
Your thinking is so much similar to my experience some years ago. I was struggling to achieve a better life for myself. I was sad to see some friends with better income and living better than me. I was well qualified, have family financial and emotional support and yet I was still in a low paid clerical job. In most of the things I try to do, there are always obstacles preventing me from succeeding. Then I realized that to succeed, we need to be in the right place, opportunities, the right job, the right experience, knowledge, education, connections and support from friends and family. Most people do not have these advantages, therefore, most of us find it difficult to succeed in career and well paid jobs.
As I worked on the miserable low pay job, I kept finding ways to improve my income. I changed to jobs which can give me useful experience. The companies I worked for needed my experience and ability and eventually increased my pay and promoted me to a senior position. Finally, I saw the chance to set up my own business, jumped onto that chance and made good money for myself. As you can see, there would be chances in your lifetime, so when there is a strong opportunity to change and improve, grab it, but if that chance not yet come, be satisfied with what you have and don't change until the time is right.

- Tange, nowadays may factories have moved out of South China to other cities and towns where there are workers. Your chance for moving back to work in hometown won't be too far away. I look forward to the day when you can work at your place of origin and feel happy for you.

- It's the cost of growing up. Most young people face the same situation. Consider it as a test for us, you stick to your dream, get better everyday, eventually you'll get what you want, at least close to your target. Otherwise, you just do nothing but complain, when a chance came one day, what to you have to take it? Encourage mutually.
