quite busy these few days.

One of my colleague left the company. He submitted all his client information to our manager. And it was weird that our manager did not let other colleague to follow up at that early beginning. It was until my previous colleague's clients who asked for something. then My manager transfered the mail let us to follow up. When these kinds of mail come to me, I was quite blank in my mind, not knowing what the clients asked for because I miss the information what my previous colleague talked with his clients. I just can rely on the file document which my colleague left to look for some glue. Plus with phone calling to my previous colleague. Indeed, as my other team member said , our manager just did not want to give us this client at the intial time. But he did not have time to follow up, and the new guys he want to recuite still not come yet. For sure it is a lot of story in our team, particular our manager and our team memebers. but, i do not have time or do not want to specify it in this moment. And as the story above, i was quite busy these few days with these unexpected workload.

- Managers have their own preferences as to how to assign work. Sometimes, their decisions are not fair. He should have immediately assigned all the correspondence to the present staff and let them follow up. When you pick up such work, you would find it hard to follow up as normally, those people who leave the job would not be so good as to make it easy for those who take up that work. Try your best to dig up past information, organize it and handle them efficiently. Good information keeping is the most important factor in efficiency.

Anyway, everyone has his or her own way of living, I have no right to comment him or her, afterall I am not him or her, I don't in his or her shoes.
