Like the two sides for the coin, you just can not know what exactly which side of the coin will settle when you throw it. Few month before, one of my colleague left the company. I was asked to follow some of his clients by the leader.  It happened that one client would like order led panel light. After I was making some compromise for the price about this order. This client was increasing the order quantity to 500pcs. He even asked for arrange the extra 100pcs later. When everything was under doing, this client told me that he receive his customers complian that the color was not match. He wanted me to take photo at first to make sure that the color is the right color for this batch. He had sent me the different batches product photo to see too. But the production was almost finished at that time. And the color was not what the client really want,  I was clear knowing this. But there is not one side problem, because my previous colleage did not keep the sample before, And this client itself did not give the exactly right instruction too. And I myself also had the problem too, I personally did not ask him whether this order need to catch the color of the previous order. Even I did mention in the production sheet form that color follows up XXX order no.  But there was not keepping sample in the factory, so there was not doing the color match process. And when I sent the photo to my client , there was not the proper color. Client was worry too. And he asked me to send the sample for then to review first. That also means that the shippment was pending for this color issue. And I did mention thousand time that there will be some different for different batches production which can not match for 100%. And the client just asked for 6000-6500k (my meaning is that he did not ask to catch the color from the previous order). After a long explaining, the client finally agreed to ship 500pcs, but he did not agree the extra 100pcs which was finished. I was asked that he need to keep 30% for that 100pcs in our company. Then we shipped that 500pcs, But he was angry and threathen me that if we did not agree with his , he willl cancle all the order. After the calucation , I made the biggest compromise that we agreed to ship that 500pcs first. But it kept a long time for him to settle the payment too. I just heard that he may had money problem. he need to issue L/C , after we not agreed with L/C payment , he asked to pay by the third party. But this was a problem for us too. I knew that he was just afraid when we received the balance moeny, we may not delivery the goods.  I was explaining to him again that we surely delivery the goods after the balance settle for 500pcs. His forwarder（third party) also sent email to convince him the same. It took almost 5months for this conflict. Luckily he arranged the balance payment for 500pcs. And I gave him the best discount that I know he just can not refuse to let him to ship the extra 100 pcs . 

If the thing is right at the first beginning , how it be fine!!, but there is always waitting for the problem happened , then trying to make the correction or solving the problem. It is killing me. 

When I write this one , I just feel a little relax and take a breath because the goods are finallly shipped by today.
